Pakistan, Oct. 31 -- Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry declared that the anti-encroachment campaign in Islamabad will proceed under a strict zero-tolerance policy. Speaking in response to recent notices issued by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the minister stressed that law enforcement will act against illegal structures regardless of an individual's power or influence.
