Pakistan, Aug. 19 -- British singer Ellie Goulding has filed a lawsuit against her former managers, Ben Mawson and Ed Millet of TaP Management, alleging that they failed to disclose an ownership relationship between the management company's parent company and Live Nation.

According to Variety, Goulding claims that TaP's parent company, HNOE, was partially and later fully owned by Live Nation during the period in which Mawson and Millet managed her. She alleges that the arrangement created a conflict of interest that could have affected decisions concerning her career and commercial interests.
