Pakistan, July 29 -- An Elite Force constable was martyred during an ongoing joint operation against terrorists in the Shalkho Sar area of Kabal tehsil in Swat. Police said Constable Gulfam embraced martyrdom while bravely fighting terrorists during Tuesday night's operation. Security forces continue the operation as they intensify efforts to eliminate militant threats and restore peace in the region.

According to Swat police spokesperson Nasir Iqbal Karimi, the operation is being carried out jointly by the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), Swat Police, and Upper Swat Police.
