Pakistan, Sept. 26 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has urged countries to respond collectively to reported violations at Al-Aqsa Mosque. He said continued efforts to change Jerusalem's established status require sustained international attention. The issue concerns the protection of Jerusalem's holy sites and their established arrangements.

Dar made the remarks during an Arab League and four-country Islamic ministerial meeting in New York. Pakistan, Turkiye, Malaysia and Indonesia attended the session focused on Jerusalem. Dar called for vigilance and coordinated action over developments in the city.
