Senior professionals should guide the younger generation through their experience, knowledge and expertise so that future doctors and engineers can play an effective role in the development of the country, he said while addressing the Lifetime Achievement Awards Distribution Ceremony organized by the Medical and Engineering Graduates Welfare Association of Sindh ( MEGWAS) as the chief guest on Sunday.
