Pakistan, Aug. 17 -- Speakers at an SDPI debate said new administrative units could directly benefit citizens. They also called for stronger local governments and improved governance.

The Sustainable Development Policy Institute hosted the discussion on new provinces and administrative units. Participants discussed decentralisation, financial autonomy, governance and distribution of powers.
