Pakistan, Sept. 7 -- David Harbour won his first Emmy 27 years after beginning his professional acting career in 1999. The Stranger Things star received the Outstanding Supporting Actor award at the 2026 Creative Arts Emmy Awards. The ceremony took place on September 6 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.

Harbour earned the honour for his performance as Floyd Smernitch in DTF St. Louis. His character is a kind American Sign Language interpreter and former model caught in a complicated suburban love triangle. The 51-year-old actor also defeated his co-stars Jason Bateman and Richard Jenkins in the same category.
