Pakistan, July 28 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar said Pakistan aims to double bilateral trade with the United States to $20 billion within five years. The announcement highlights Islamabad's efforts to expand exports, attract investment, and strengthen economic cooperation with its largest single-country export market.

Speaking to a bipartisan US congressional delegation and American business leaders in Islamabad, Dar said bilateral goods trade reached $9.4 billion last fiscal year. He expressed confidence that both countries could unlock greater economic potential through stronger commercial partnerships.
