Pakistan, July 1 -- Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday reviewed final preparations for the 9th Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Ministerial Conference on Women. Pakistan will host the conference on July 12 and 13. The meeting focused on ensuring smooth arrangements for delegates from the OIC's 57 member states.

Dar chaired the sixth meeting of the High-Level Committee overseeing preparations, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The committee reviewed the draft programme, conference agenda, protocol, security, and logistical arrangements. It also assessed media planning, communication strategy, inter-ministerial coordination, and other organisational matters.
