Pakistan, Sept. 6 -- Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Saturday, emphasized the need for a consumer-centric way forward, ensuring that ongoing reforms and privatization translate into greater efficiency, sustainability and improved outcomes for electricity consumers.
