Pakistan, Aug. 11 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar spoke with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi and discussed regional developments, peace efforts and the recently signed Makkah Joint Defence Agreement.
During the telephone conversation, Dar shared key details of the agreement involving Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Turkiye. He said the pact would strengthen strategic cooperation among the three countries.
Dar stressed that the agreement aimed to support regional peace and security through stronger defence and strategic coordination. The discussion came as diplomatic engagement continues over regional security developments.
