Pakistan, Aug. 13 -- Corruption cases that had been transferred from accountability courts to anti-corruption courts have now been moved back to NAB courts. Corruption cases returned to NAB courts after the Sindh High Court struck down the order transferring the cases and directed that they be returned to the accountability courts.
Following an application by the NAB prosecutor, the accountability court has initiated proceedings to restore 15 references. The National Accountability Bureau had filed the application to implement the Sindh High Court's decision.
