Pakistan, June 7 -- A team of the Punjab Chief Minister's Complaint Cell reached Sargodha and held an open court (Khuli Katcheri) at the Arts Council to address public grievances.

Chairperson of the Chief Minister's Complaint Cell, Saima Farooq, listened to citizens' complaints and issued immediate directives for their resolution. Commissioner Hafiz Shaukat Ali, Deputy Commissioner Hussain Ahmad Raza Chaudhry, and District Police Officer (DPO) Sohaib Ashraf were also present.

More than 246 citizens lodged complaints relating to the revenue department, police, sanitation, health, education and sewerage services. Several issues were resolved on the spot, while complicated cases were referred to the relevant departments for further action....
