Pakistan, Aug. 19 -- India's latest accusations against Pakistan and its new documentary on Operation Sindoor point to the same problem: the growing use of security narratives for political purposes.

Indian Home Minister Amit Shah's claim that more than 200 suspected militants arrested across 14 states had links to Pakistan has been rejected by Islamabad as baseless. Pakistan's Foreign Office has rightly called for evidence rather than allegations. Serious accusations involving terrorism cannot be established through political statements alone.
