Pakistan, June 6 -- Chief Justice of Pakistan Yahya Afridi has called three important high-level meetings scheduled for June 11 to address key judicial matters.

According to media reports, the meetings will include a session of the Supreme Judicial Council to review complaints filed against judges of various high courts. The council is expected to conduct a fresh examination of all pending complaints involving judges across the country's higher judiciary.

On the same day, the Judicial Commission will also convene under the chairmanship of the chief justice. The meeting is expected to finalize rules related to the appointment of new high court judges and establish a formal mechanism for evaluating the performance of serving judges. Once ...
