Pakistan, May 13 -- Charlize Theron may be an Oscar winner, but her most rewarding role? Mom. Indeed, the Mad Max: Fury Road actress reflected on being a parent to her daughters Jackson Theron, 14, and August Theron, 11.

In a May 10 Instagram post, Charlize shared rare pics with her kids, including one cozying up with them during a nap on a boat, selfies in the sun and enjoying a day out in the city.

"The greatest honour of my life," she wrote alongside the post. "Happy mother's day to all moms, oumas and godmothers."

For the 50-year-old, being a single mom to Jackson and August-whom she adopted in 2012 and 2015, respectively-has been the most fulfilling journey.
