Pakistan, June 9 -- Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir has pledged to expand defence cooperation between Pakistan and Lebanon. The statement reflects growing military engagement between the two countries. It matters for regional security and bilateral defence ties.
Field Marshal Munir made the remarks during a meeting with Lebanese Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief General Rodolphe Haykal in Rawalpindi. The Inter Services Public Relations said both sides discussed mutual interests and regional security challenges. They also reviewed prospects for stronger military collaboration.
