Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Asim Munir urged the US Afghanistan War Commission to include Pakistan's perspective in its review of the Afghan conflict. He made the remarks during a meeting with a commission delegation at General Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Monday.

The delegation was led by commission co-chairs Shamila N. Chaudhary and Dr Colin F. Jackson. The commission is reviewing the United States' two-decade engagement in Afghanistan. Its mandate covers key strategic, diplomatic and operational decisions from June 2001 to August 2021.
