Pakistan, Sept. 13 -- Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has backed the creation of new provinces on administrative grounds. He said Quetta cannot effectively govern the entire province from one centre. Speaking to senior journalists through a video link, Bugti said new provinces should improve administration rather than create linguistic divisions. He stressed that officials should draw any new boundaries according to governance needs, not language or ethnicity.
