Pakistan, Sept. 12 -- Buckingham Palace has released a commemorative video marking the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The Palace shared the footage on Instagram while remembering those affected by the tragedy. The video features a special Changing of the Guard ceremony held as part of the tribute. The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester represented King Charles during the ceremony. The Duke took the Royal Salute on the King's behalf.
