Pakistan, Aug. 31 -- The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Peshawar has increased various examination, registration, certification and other fees, with the highest increase reaching nearly 148 percent.

The fee for verification of a Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC) or original certificate has been raised from Rs 805 to Rs 2,000, an increase of Rs1,195 or around 148 per cent. The fee for a duplicate DMC has also been increased from Rs 805 to Rs 1,500.

The registration fee has been raised from Rs 700 to Rs 1,300, while the examination fee for Class 9 has gone up from Rs 2,530 to Rs 3,000 and that for Class 10 from Rs 2,990 to Rs 3,200. The SSC improvement examination fee has been increased from Rs 2,700 to Rs 3,600, whil...
