Pakistan, June 12 -- The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has clarified that it will not boycott the federal budget session. However, party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will not attend the proceedings. The statement comes amid speculation about PPP's participation in the budget process.

According to the PPP media cell, some party lawmakers will attend the budget session in parliament. The party confirmed that it remains part of the budget process in line with national interest. Moreover, PPP officials rejected reports suggesting a formal boycott decision.
