Pakistan, June 30 -- Banks will observe extended working hours on Tuesday June 30, 2026- the last day of financial year 2025-26- to facilitate over the counter payments of government duties and taxes. According to a statement issued by State Bank of Pakistan, the decision has been taken to facilitate taxpayers in making payments of government duties and taxes through Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs).
