Pakistan, April 23 -- Operations at the Attock Refinery Limited have returned to normal after transport routes for crude oil and petroleum products were restored, ending a brief shutdown caused by road closures.

The refinery confirmed that the movement of oil tank lorries to and from the facility resumed late Tuesday night with support from Pakistan's General Headquarters (Pakistan Army) and intervention by Petroleum Minister Ali Pervaiz Malik.
