Pakistan, Aug. 12 -- Music star Atif Aslam has spoken about his long musical career, creative struggles, the real meaning behind his famous song Aadat, his latest album and his decision to return to independent music after 18 years.

In a recent interview, Atif said he had never thought about quitting music. He explained that creative blocks are a normal part of an artist's life. According to him, there are times when an artist feels empty and does not know what to write. At other times, inspiration comes naturally. He believes both stages are important and artists should remain patient.
