Pakistan, April 20 -- At least eight children were killed and several others injured in a shooting in US state of Louisiana, officials said, describing it as a domestic violence incident.

The Shreveport Police Department said officers responded just after 6 a.m. local time to reports of a disturbance on Sunday. The suspect, identified as Shamar Elkins, allegedly first shot a woman on Harrison Street before moving to another home on West 79th Street, where the children were killed.
