Pakistan, Oct. 7 -- Artificial Intelligence (AI) can certainly become a major challenge for humanity, but it would be incorrect to assume that it will inevitably lead to the end of humankind. AI may transform employment in many sectors and create risks involving misinformation, privacy, cybercrime, and excessive dependence on automated decisions. If this technology is developed and used without ethical principles, appropriate laws, and human oversight, its negative effects could increase. However, AI itself does not possess human consciousness; its impact will largely depend on the purposes for which people develop and use it.
