Pakistan, July 13 -- Pakistan's Olympic champion Arshad Nadeem has expressed confidence ahead of the 2026 Commonwealth Games, saying he is determined to defend his javelin title and create history once again on the international stage.

The 29-year-old athlete will depart for Switzerland on Monday, where he is set to compete in the Spitzen Leichtathletik Luzern meet, a World Athletics Continental Tour Silver event. The competition will serve as his final preparation before heading to Glasgow for the Commonwealth Games, scheduled to take place from July 23 to August 2.
