Pakistan, Sept. 14 -- Arif Saeed, President, Pakistan Olympic Association and President, South Asian Olympic Council, has been elected to the Executive Board of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Association (ISSA) as Regional Representative for Asia and Europe for the 2026-2029 term, further strengthening Pakistan's representation within international and regional sports governance.

The election took place during the 15th ISSA General Assembly held in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ISSA General Assembly comprises 57 member National Olympic Committees.
