Pakistan, Aug. 10 -- Ariana Grande has scored her seventh No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 after Petal opened with 295,000 equivalent album units in its first week. The result marks her strongest weekly performance by units this decade and adds another major achievement to her career.

Petal also delivered Grande's strongest opening week for pure album sales in more than a decade, with only her 2014 album My Everything performing better. My Everything sold 169,000 copies during its opening week, making it the closest comparison to her latest release.
