Pakistan, April 23 -- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has told a South Korean envoy that responsibility for the consequences of the ongoing war lies with the "aggressors." The remarks were made during a meeting in Tehran with South Korea's special envoy Chang Byung-ha. Iran's Foreign Ministry shared details of the discussion on social media platform X.

According to the ministry, Araqchi referred to the United States and Israel as the parties responsible for the conflict. He stressed that any fallout from the war would be attributed to their actions. The statement reflects Iran's continued position on regional tensions and military escalation.
