Pakistan, Sept. 25 -- Apple has acknowledged Face ID problems reported by some iPhone 18 Pro users and plans to fix the issue through a software update. Complaints emerged only days after the latest models went on sale.

Several users said Face ID suddenly stopped working, causing their phones to freeze and restart at the lock screen. Others reported problems while setting up Face ID. Some devices displayed a message saying Face ID was unavailable.
