Pakistan, June 30 -- The annual Ghusl-e-Kaaba ceremony was held at Masjid al-Haram in Makkah, where the Holy Kaaba was ceremonially cleansed with a mixture of Zamzam water and rose water in the presence of senior Saudi officials, diplomats and religious dignitaries.

The revered ceremony is one of the most significant religious traditions associated with Islam's holiest site and is observed each year with great respect. It was attended by foreign diplomats, representatives of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Islamic scholars and other invited guests.
