Pakistan, July 7 -- Ali Hyderabadi has obtained interim pre-arrest bail from a sessions court in Lahore in a case involving allegations of domestic violence against his wife. The court directed him to cooperate with investigators and barred police from arresting him until the next hearing scheduled for July 14.

An additional sessions judge approved the bail request after hearing arguments presented by lawyer Rana Intizar, who told the court that his client was willing to join the investigation but feared immediate arrest. Accepting the plea, the court instructed Ali Hyderabadi to fully cooperate with police during the ongoing inquiry.
