Pakistan, July 24 -- Alex Bowman has announced that the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season will be the final chapter of his racing career after signing a one-year contract extension with Hendrick Motorsports. The veteran driver confirmed he will continue driving the No. 48 car through 2027 before retiring from full-time NASCAR competition. The decision brings an end to a successful career that began with his Cup Series debut in 2014.
