Pakistan, Aug. 16 -- Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party President Abdul Aleem Khan has urged politicians to seriously consider creating new provinces, saying the move could improve governance and address public problems.
He supported the demand for Hazara Province in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, noting that the provincial assembly has witnessed calls for its creation since 2010.
Aleem Khan said major political parties now support Hazara Province, while his party also backs demands for South Punjab and Bahawalpur provinces.
He added that growing populations have increased pressure on existing administrative systems, making additional provinces necessary in Punjab and Sindh to improve public services.
