Pakistan, July 6 -- The legal battle surrounding Hera Pheri 3 has intensified after Akshay Kumar's production company, Cape of Good Films LLP, issued a public legal notice claiming exclusive rights over the film. The move follows director Priyadarshan's recent decision to leave the project, adding fresh uncertainty to one of Bollywood's most anticipated comedy sequels.

According to the notice, Cape of Good Films LLP holds the sole and exclusive authority to produce, distribute, market and commercially exploit Hera Pheri 3. The company stated that it possesses an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual and unrestricted licence covering the film across all platforms, formats and distribution channels.
