Pakistan, July 20 -- Azad Jammu and Kashmir Inspector General of Police Liaquat Ali Malik has ruled out any negotiations with anti-state violent elements, saying there can be no leniency for those involved in killing police personnel and desecrating their bodies.
Rejecting demands for talks with anti-state elements, the police chief said it was unimaginable for anyone to sit across the table from those responsible for killing fellow officers. He maintained that it is not the police's role to pursue political solutions, adding that such matters are the responsibility of political leaders.
Malik said violent elements had issued threats to behead security personnel and target law enforcement officials, while also carrying out attacks again...
