Jet fuel prices went up by Rs 9.5 over the last three days, climbing to Rs 355.52 per litre. Aviation sources stated that jet fuel prices have escalated by Rs 9.5 since October 1. The sharp rise in fuel prices has significantly increased operational expenditures for airlines, prompting them to consider hiking passenger fares to offset the costs.
