Pakistan, April 7 -- Pakistan is set to receive financial and technical support from the Asian Development Bank for solar transition and power sector reforms. The support will focus on battery storage, digitisation, and improved planning across the energy system. These efforts aim to strengthen energy security, reduce costs, and benefit consumers and industry nationwide.

The development emerged during a meeting in Islamabad between Power Minister Sardar Awais Khan Leghari and ADB Country Director Emma Xiaoqin Fan.
