Pakistan, July 28 -- The Sindh government has increased the monthly conveyance allowance for government employees by 50%, fulfilling a commitment made in the provincial budget for the fiscal year 2026-27. The Sindh Finance Department has issued an official notification implementing the increase for employees across all pay scales. Under the revised rates, employees in Grades 1 to 4 will receive a monthly conveyance allowance of Rs2,678, up from Rs1,785. Employees in Grades 5 to 10 will now receive Rs2,898 per month, compared with the previous Rs1,932. For employees in Grades 11 to 15, the monthly allowance has been increased from Rs2,856 to Rs4,284.
