Pakistan, Aug. 8 -- Five Italian students and their supervisor have apologised after a public dispute on a Bangkok train sparked widespread criticism in Thailand. The incident happened on a BTS metro train in Bangkok. A video of the confrontation quickly went viral online. The dispute began when a 25-year-old Thai woman, known as Sugus, asked the group to lower their voices.
