Pakistan, Sept. 27 -- Pakistan used its Right of Reply at the UN General Assembly on Saturday to turn one of India's oldest diplomatic charges back on New Delhi. Counsellor Saima Saleem accused India of having taken its "terrorist exports" from the region to the wider world, citing Kulbhushan Jadhav, the attempted killing of Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun in the United States and assassination allegations in Canada. The language was sharp. No denying that. Still, more important was the fact that Islamabad no longer has to make the entire case itself.
