Pakistan, June 19 -- The popular music reality show Pakistan Idol is expected to return in July and air on television in August. Director Nadeem J said the show was delayed due to administrative problems and other disruptions.

Talking about the production process, Nadeem J said the team had put in their full effort and completed about four episodes before the project was interrupted.

"We had finished preparing four episodes before Ramazan, but work slowed down during the month because of external issues, including conflict-related disruptions.
