ZANZIBAR, Sept. 12 -- THE Zanzibar Law Society (ZLS) has conveyed its condolences to Tanzanias President, Dr Samia Suluhu Hassan, following the death of her husband, the late Maalim Hafidh Ameir Hassan.

The condolences were delivered today, September 12, at President Samias private residence in Kizimkazi, South Unguja Region, Zanzibar.

The ZLS delegation was led by Masoud Mohamed, President-Elect of the East African Law Society (EALS) through the Zanzibar Law Society, and Shabani Mwangoda, Director General of the Zanzibar Law Society.

Also present were ZLS Governing Council member Zena Mohamed and Salma Zeyn, Chairperson of the Committee on Women, Youth and Special Groups.
