PEMBA, Aug. 17 -- YOUTH have been urged to seize opportunities created by the Tanzania Union, particularly in education, employment and business, to improve their livelihoods and contribute to national development.

Minister of State in the Vice-Presidents Office (Union and Environment), Eng Hamad Yussuf Masauni made the remarks on Sunday during the graduation ceremony of the Islamic College of Pemba, where he urged graduates to make full use of the opportunities available to them.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Masauni stated that the government has continued to create a conducive environment for youth to benefit from opportunities arising from the Union where education is among the key areas where they are benefiting.
