DODOMA, May 29 -- THE Ministry of Constitution and Legal Affairs is set to launch the second phase of the “Samia Legal Aid” programme in Zanzibar on June 20, 2026, as part of efforts to expand access to justice for citizens.

Minister Juma Homera announced today, May 29, 2026, in Dodoma and said the rollout will be officially launched in Zanzibar, with President Samia Suluhu Hassan expected to be the guest of honour at the event.

The minister made the statement when addressing public complaints through the mobile-based legal aid platform.
