DAR ES SALAAM, June 30 -- AS Tanzania transitions from Vision 2025 to Vision 2050, one reality stands above all others: the countrys greatest asset is its young people. Roads, railways and industries matter, but without a skilled, innovative and productive generation to sustain them, long-term national ambitions will remain unattainable. Vision 2050 must therefore place youth at its very centre, because they will become the workforce responsible for turning aspirations into lasting prosperity.
