MTWARA, April 15 -- Yas Tanzania said on Tuesday that expanding its digital services to support small businesses, fishermen, farmers and young people is of top priority.

Yas Tanzanias Head of Stores, Ms Sarah Sonelo made thw statement at the launch of the companys store in Mtwara.

“The in nvestment was driven by growing demand for reliable services in Mtwara, a region with a lot of economic activities,” she said.

“Mtwara is a key economic hub for Tanzania, driven by activities such as cashew farming, fishing, natural gas, and port trade. Through this store, we are bringing services closer to our customers, enabling fast, secure and convenient transactions while supporting local economic growth.”
