Dar es Salaam, Sept. 18 -- THE summer transfer window has been closed for a while now and while everyone talks about new additions like Enzo Fernandez to Manchester City on deadline day, or Youri Tielemans to Man United, or Rodri to Barcelona, its also surprising that some names havent been sung by Fabrizio across all that time despite their situations hanging in the air or clearly just not there.
